Terms of Service

MilkVala provides software to record milk collection, manage farmers and workers, maintain ledgers, loans, deductions and payments, and generate slips and reports. MilkVala is a record-keeping tool only; it does not buy, sell or transport milk and does not process payments between dairies and farmers.

• A dairy owner account may create worker and farmer logins for its own dairy.
• You are responsible for keeping your PIN or password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Accounts must not be shared with people outside your dairy.

• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to access another dairy's data, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt automated bulk scraping.

New dairies receive a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires an active plan (monthly, half-yearly or yearly). Plan prices are shown in the app and may change with notice. Plan activation is confirmed by our team after payment.

You own the data you enter. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the rates, litres, loans and payments you record.

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Maintenance, updates or factors outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilkVala is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from incorrect data entry, business decisions made using the app, or interruption of service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in the three months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, misuse the service, or have an expired plan. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the location of our registered business shall have jurisdiction.
