Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every new dairy gets a free trial so you can test all features before paying. No payment is required during the trial and it ends automatically.

• Plans are available for 1 month, 6 months and 1 year.
• A plan is activated after payment is confirmed by our team, and runs for the full duration.
• Plan prices shown in the app at the time of purchase apply.

You may stop using MilkVala at any time. Plans do not renew automatically, so no cancellation charge applies. Your data stays available until the plan expires or you request deletion.

• If a payment is charged twice or a plan is not activated, contact support and we will refund the incorrect amount.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the payment.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Plans already used for the paid period are generally non-refundable.
