Delete Account and Associated Data

• Fill in the deletion request form on this page with the email or mobile number registered with your MilkVala account.
• Alternatively, send a WhatsApp message or email to the support contact shown at the bottom of this page from your registered mobile number or email.
• Our team contacts you to verify that the request is genuinely from the account holder.
• After verification, we delete the account and its associated data and confirm it back to you.

• Your login account: name, mobile number, email address and the encrypted PIN or password.
• Your profile details such as worker code, area, address and photo.
• For a dairy owner: the dairy profile, its farmer and worker records, and the logins created for them.

MilkVala is a business record-keeping app. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it, or where they belong to another party:

• If you are a worker or farmer of a dairy, the milk collection, payment and ledger records belong to that dairy and remain with the dairy owner; your login and personal profile are still deleted.
• Invoices and subscription/payment records we are required to keep for accounting and tax compliance.
• Anonymised or aggregated records that can no longer identify you.

Records that must be retained for accounting or legal compliance are kept only for as long as the applicable Indian law requires, and are then removed. Encrypted backups are purged on their normal rotation cycle. We do not keep your personal profile data after deletion is completed.

• Your request is stored securely and reviewed by the MilkVala support team.
• We contact you on the email or mobile number you provided to verify your identity.
• Deletion is carried out manually by our team after verification — it is not automatic and does not happen the moment you submit the form.
• Once deleted, data cannot be restored. Please download or print any slips and reports you need beforehand.

A dairy owner can remove a worker or farmer login directly inside the app from Worker management or the farmer profile.
